I am trying to shed some weight lately. I bought some nice papayas and have the ingredients ready in the fridge so I came up with this. It is very simple, refreshing and delicious. You can call it lunch or salad.
Low Calorie Papaya and Crab Stick Lunch

Ingredients
1 Small papaya
100g Spinach – wilt in microwave and squeeze dry
6 sticks Crabsticks – tear to shreds
Salt and pepper powder to taste
Optional: chili sauce to serve.
Garnish: chopped spring onions or coriander.
Method:
1. Cut the papaya into halves and remove the seeds.
2. Season the wilted spinach with some salt and pepper.
3. Divide the spinach equally and add into the hollow of the papaya.
4. Top with the shredded crabsticks and add garnishing if you have.
5. Serve.
It is easy as ABC.
