Product Description
A delicious plant-based snack. Made from mung beans (dhall). It is originally made with flaky Chinese style pastry. It is now hand wrapped in puff pastry and this tastes even better. The filling is sweet, yet salty, making it a unique taste combination.
How to enjoy
These balls are normally eaten as a snack. It can be served with tea, Chinese teas or black tea or any tea of your choice, and coffee too. It can be consumed as a breakfast or tea item, elevenses and a good snack with a friend.
The pasties can be served at room temperature. For best result, warm it in the oven so that the pastry can be more light and flaky,
Heating Instruction
- If frozen, defrost and heat in the oven Mk4, 180C for 10 – 12 minutes.
- Cool and serve
- If you do not have time to defrost, add 5+ minutes to heating time.
- Always make sure food is heated to piping hot before serving
- The heating instructions is a guide only and depends on your oven

Storage
The pasties are freshly baked, and can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days.
It can be frozen. To freeze: freeze on the day of purchase.
It can be frozen for 2 months.
