Shipping

We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours. Any orders received before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched 2 days later. If you place your order after 1pm on Friday it will be dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday. We do not deliver on weekends. We cannot be held responsible for late standard 2nd class deliveries if the order has been dispatched by us on time. The same applies if weather conditions cause a delay.

The delivery charge will be based on Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class class delivery. The delivery charge will be based on the weight and dimension of the parcel. Sometimes we may use alternative couriers. Please note that Royal Mail and other parcel couriers may change their charges without notice, and we follow their charges, accordingly. At times, some courier may require your contact phone number to enable them to service you properly. We pass this information to them. If you do not wish to have your phone number pass to them, please make a note on your order.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your products, please let us know as soon as possible what the issue is and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must let us know by 1pm the same day otherwise your order will be ready to be shipped and you will still be charged.
